Join the dynamic team at the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh Homewood- Brushton Branch Currently Seeking Director of Contract Compliance
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, who reports to the District Vice President of Operations, the Director of Contract Compliance is responsible for overseeing and enhancing Social Responsibility.
This includes the oversight, development and implementation of drug and alcohol treatment programs, violence prevention programs, truancy prevention programs, employment and training programs and other social service related activity. A key responsibility is to write and manage grants and contracts.
Director of Contract Compliance is responsible for displaying Cause Driven Leadership Skills outlined in the YUSA Leadership Guide.

Education / Experience Required:
Masters preferred / Bachelors required in social services or related field
YMCA USA Multi-Team Leader Certification within first two years
Five year's experience in related field
Minimum three years of management/supervisory experience
