This is a Salary Grade 3 position with a minimum salary $46,510 and a median salary of $60,403. CSN typically hires up to the median, but salary may exceed the median based on a candidate's superior qualifications.

Under the direction of the Financial Aid Assistant Director of Technology, the Analyst will test PeopleSoft bundles; assist in aid year roll over's; program/design PeopleSoft queries, as well as utilize Microsoft Access and Excel to collect, analyze and provide report data for institutional, state and federal reporting; provide data for ad-hoc staff requests. The Analyst must have strong interpersonal skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to communicate effectively with internal and external constituents; provide staff training; serve as an information resource and provide technical and practical assistance with student data and related systems.
Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university and at least two years of technical experience (explained below); OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., an Associate degree and 6 years of technical experience) will be considered. Technical experience in programming queries to pull data extracts, analyzing and reporting data; Experience performing research and analysis using Microsoft Access & Excel; Demonstrated ability to program using Microsoft Access and understand SQL by answering the required programming questions within the application process.
