Oversight of the front office/reception area of the UW Foundation.
Answering phone, providing resolution to questions or problems of incoming callers if able, route to appropriate individuals as needed.
Be knowledgeable of overall mission of the University of Wyoming
Handling all incoming/outgoing mail.
Logging and preparing for deposit all checks and other gift documents received from donors.
Responsible for opening and closing facilities each day.
Responsible for creation and maintenance of various lists used within the department for phone, mail, etc.
Assist with numerous events. Because most Donor event recognition events take place outside of the normal business hours, this position will be required to flex their schedule in order to meet the hours of such events.
Serve as primary contact for all Foundation staff to report and oversee all maintenance needs and administration of the Foundation House
Oversee all maintenance of UW Foundation resources (cell phones, vehicles). Booking and tracking usage of house resources.
Provide administrative support to designated areas
Oversight of work study students (5 total) assigned to UW Foundation. Advertising, interviewing, tracking hours of work against awards.
HS Graduate or GED and two years of comparable experience detailed below:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel & Outlook.
Customer service experience.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Valid Driver's License with a motor vehicle record that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy Found at:
Planning and scheduling knowledge and experience.
Records Maintenance/Filing Systems.
Strong attention to detail.
