Cabela's Retail, Inc is hiring a Customer Experience Department Manager for our Retail Showroom in Springfield, OR.

This position’s duties include:
Trains and monitors lead personnel on daily activities such as: processing voids, making change, opening and counting drawers, running opening and closing computer procedures, and handling customer questions and concerns

Supervises and advises customer service lead on return procedures, screens, layaways, will calls, and phones

Supervises cash office assistant on daily balancing of cash drawers and reconciliation of safe, petty cash, and purchase orders

Perform other related duties as assigned by management

This position requires:
Two year college degree or equivalent plus two to three years previous retail management experience also required.

Preferred supervisory experience professional

Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner

Looking for a solutions-oriented individual who possesses the ability to handle complex customer issues in a diplomatic manner

Must be a Customer Service oriented team player and have the ability to pay close attention to detail

Strong Verbal & Written communication skills

Must be able to work the following: at least 3 out of 4 weekends a month; any day, including holidays; opening and closing shifts
