Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor, motivate, discipline, and schedule employees Responsible for the proper planning, set-up and operation of events Market and leasing of parking inventory Maximize revenue based on company expectations Cash and payroll auditing Develop and maintain employee and client relationships Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly budgeted expectations Developing new procedures to enhance daily operations Track distribution and collection of parking equipment Responsible for proper planning, set-up, and operation of special events Understand staffing levels and manage up to 45 employees in the course of event Scheduling and employee conflict resolution
3-5 years of management experience, preferable in outdoor environment Ability to excel in a fast paced working environment Experience supervising and managing a team of at least 10 Exceptionally focused, organized with complete flexibility Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Cash handling experience a plus Must have open work availability. Hours may vary and applicant must be available work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary at varied venues as needed Must clear background checks, have valid FL license, and clean driving record Loss prevention/Auditing experience a plus Comfortable working in outdoor settings/ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
