The position is part of the ROC ClaimsConnect Program and will support the implementation of a National Claims platform. This project will consolidate all Claims systems throughout ROC Regions and streamline business practices across multiple departments and functions.
Essential Functions:
Manages moderately complex projects or multiple simple projects. This may include one or more workstreams of a large program.
Develops solutions that align with strategic direction and standards.
Manages work and needs across multiple regions.
Completes components of the business case.
Negotiates agreement on project schedule and budgets.
Applies methods or recognized equivalents appropriate to the specific needs for the project/client.
Creates and maintains project schedules, status reports, and communications.
Identifies and resolved project issues and risks.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or four years of equivalent experience.
Minimum Five years Project Management experience.
Understand all project life cycle phases and applies knowledge in the delivery of at least one phase of the project delivery life cycle.
Understands and applies knowledge of change management process on projects. Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of Provider/Contract records and how data relates to other functional areas (Membership, Workflow, Finance, etc.) strongly preferred
Understanding of role of Provider configuration
Experience with Kaiser Permanente Systems such as CPM , Entrendex/Formworks, KP HealthConnect, KMATE, Contract Symphony, Virtual Provider Database, Visual Cactus
Knowledge of Self Funding TPA
