To assist in the development of unified vision and direction of the Human Resources Strategies to the NA Region Subsidiaries. Liaison between SEC HR (headquartered in Korea) and HR Departments in North America. Implement programs and policies that support the growth and vision of HQ across North America. Report activities of NA Region HR to SEC and balance the goals and visions set forth.
: Support NAHQ VP HR in defining and carrying out HR vision and direction in North America.
: Liaison between NAHQ HR and all North American Subs
: SEC HR Liaison / Member of Global HR Task Force
: Identify and leverage resources
: Track/monitor high level plan statuses while providing updates to HR
: Collaborate with the NA operations team in HR
: 8+ years of experience in compensation management including both design and administration
: Must have a strong understanding of compensation regulations and guidelines at both the state and federal level
: Must have a solid understanding of salary administration, compensation analysis, performance management and job evaluation
: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong project management skills
: Ability to work in a high-paced environment
: Ability to transfer knowledge, strategy, policies to staff
: Ability to explain concepts and programs to non HR staff

1. BS/BA (MBA preferred) with a concentration in Human Resources/Organizational Behavior.
2. 10+ years of Human Resources experience; 3-4 years in a management capacity.
