DUTIES

Nanobiosym is currently seeking top notch candidates to build its Business Development and Strategy team to help the Company scale up, launch its first generation products globally into both developed and emerging markets, as well as to help the Company plan its Global Strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Entry Level: Sr. Analyst, Market and Growth Strategy
  • At least 2-5 years of experience at a leading management consulting firm, Fortune 500 corporate strategy organization, or top-tier investment bank (technology focus preferred) ;
  • MBA with relevant technical degree preferred;
  • In-depth knowledge to conduct market analysis, feasibility assessment, customer survey, financial modeling preferably in a globally setting;
  • Superior modeling and presentation skills; Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, impeccable business judgment, with entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Extremely motivated and be willing to work in a fast-paced, hard working team; Resourceful and flexible; Discrete, Energetic and willing to work hands-on in developing and executing strategies.
Senior Level: Sr. Associate, Strategic Business & Corporate Development
  • At least 5-10 years strategic business/corporate development experience with proven track records in the sectors listed above;
  • Prior experience at a leading management consulting firm, Fortune 500 corporate strategy organization, or top-tier investment bank (technology focus preferred) is a plus;
  • MBA and/or PhD in technical background (engineering, biomedical, biotechnology, nanotechnology, or related fields) is highly preferred;
  • Highly Experienced in developing strategic customer relationships and partnership, deal valuation and financial modeling, compiling and negotiating contracts, licensing agreements, term sheets and other types of transactions;
  • Experience in both developed and developing markets preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent writing skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is strongly recommended;
  • Extremely motivated and be willing to work in a fast-paced, hard working team; Resourceful and flexible; Discrete, Energetic and willing to work hands-on in developing and executing strategies.
Executive Level: VP, Local/Global Market Development and Public-Private Partnership
  • At least 10-15 years experience in local/global market development and public-private partnership building with proven track records;
  • Proven leadership in business development in a technology firm required;
  • Superior Project Management skills; Able to meet deadlines and monitor progress.
  • MBA and/or PhD in technical background (engineering, biomedical, biotechnology, nanotechnology, or related fields) is highly preferred;
  • Highly experience in deal closing, product launching and partnership building; Proficient in business valuation, negotiation and transactions.
  • Experience in both developed and developing markets preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with impeccable business judgment
  • Professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation;
  • Extremely motivated and be willing to work in a fast-paced, hard working team; Resourceful and flexible; Discrete and proactive; Energetic and willing to work hands-on in developing and executing strategies.
