Integration and application through technical understanding of flavor raw materials (natural and artificial): design, quality, stability, etc.
B.S. or M.S. in FOOD SCIENCE or NUTRITIONAL SCIENCE
0-5 years Flavor/Food/ Beverage Industry experience in the areas of food technology, product development, flavor creation
Knowledge of sensory/ organoleptic/ taste testing.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Proven innovation and creativity.
Ability to work effectively in team-based environment with multiple functional groups.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to achieve results and execute multiple simultaneous projects.
Experience using statistical methods and design of experiments
Strong organizational and project management skills
Familiarity with food products e.g. savory, sweet, baked goods, sauces, nutritional bars, soups, cereal, beverages, cheese, yogurt, dairy products, frozen entrees
Familiarity with essential oils and natural and artificial raw materials
