MS Office Daytime Instructors (Part-Time, Contract, Non-Credit)
The Montgomery College Workforce & Continuing Education
is currently accepting applications for possible openings as a
part-time MS Office instructor working on contract assignments for community and corporate/government clients at various Montgomery County locations.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who exhibits a high degree of professionalism, a strong commitment to our students, and demonstrates the ability to motivate and educate in an engaging manner.
Montgomery College accepts applications for

The listing of a course in the schedule of classes as “TBA” does not constitute an assignment.
The hiring decision for part-time faculty involves an academic judgment and shall be determined at Management’s sole discretion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach daytime courses in MS Office – MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access.
Perform administrative duties during class as specified by the program administration.
Submit administrative records on time after the class.
As a condition of part-time faculty employment, the following are required:
Receipt of official transcript for the highest degree earned.
Receipt of three letters of professional reference.
High level of proficiency in MS Office applications – MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access.
Industry certification is preferred.
Prior teaching experience is highly important.
