Construction Assistant for residential construction project management and land development company. Responsibilities include construction plan review; project budgeting; preparation and distribution of bid packages; bid review and creation of bid comparison abstracts; pre-construction scheduling and preparation of information; interaction with subcontractors, engineers, governmental agencies, clients. This is a permanent part-time position with the potential to go full-time. The successful candidate will have a professional presentation; budgeting and administrative experience in the construction industry; be able to read and interpret construction plans and do take-offs; a minimum of three years relevant experience; excellent verbal and written communications skills; Word, Excel and Outlook experience required.
