Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate product repair needs through discussion with the customer and communicate to contractor customer expectations.
? Approve and process contractor requests for parts, qualifying type and quantities required performing the repair/service.
? Respond and address customer inquiries on quoted repairs, and make adjustments as necessary.
? AS400 processing
? Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
? Recent College Grad
? Customer service experience is preferred, willing to train right candidate
? Ability to adapt and work with minimal supervision
? Excellent Computer skills
? Good organizational skills and time management
? Communication skills
? AS400 knowledge a plus
