Position Corporate Recruiter
Location FT Worth, TX
Pay - $30-$33/hr
Assignment Duration 3-6 months (if not longer)

Identifies necessary job duties, qualifications and skills for job openings
Performs background checks
Reviews and recommends qualified candidates for opening positions
Reviews and classifies applications/resumes for qualifications of available openings.
Works with team members to help identify contacts for source of qualified candidates.
Initiates contact with possible candidates for specific job openings.
Provides information on job opportunities to potential candidates and guidance to eventual applicants.
Interviews candidates to confirm work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
Assists with internet on-line recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
Bachelor s degree preferred; Two (2) years of experience in Corporate recruiting with experience placing high-level professionals.
Taleo experience strongly preferred
Strong and professional communication skills with ability to communicate with various levels of the company
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Access, Word).
Knowledge of employment laws.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
Knowledge of functions and operations of major U.S. Military commands preferred
Should be comfortable producing in a fast-paced, hi-volume environment.
