Develop and maintain web sites, web applications and front facing eCommerce websites using .NET technologies. Critical must haves: Strong in Windows and experienced with ASP.NET, MVC, WCF and either Winforms or Silverlight. A strong understanding of Web Standards is key to this role.

New Windows Web Application development.
Maintenance, conversion, and extension of existing applications.
This will include new sites, conversion of old sites, as well as maintaining existing sites and applications---Classic ASP is helpful here.
Assist in development and maintenance the framework behind all systems.
Documentation of applications and systems.
Keep management and other senior staff apprised of the status of projects and systems.
Translation of business needs to technical action plans.
Perform other duties as required.

Winforms or Silverlight required, then will train to know WPF
WCF experience required.
Visual Studio 2010+
Must be able to demonstrate good object oriented development and practices, as well as an aptitude to understand new concepts quickly.
Must be able to adopt practices prescribed by senior development staff effectively.
Introduce alternatives and options to meet project specifications.
Must be proficient in ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript (Ajax and jQuery), MS SQL 2008+, ADO.Net.
Must have a solid understanding of web technologies.
Must be familiar with the Visual Studio and SQL Management Studio IDE platforms.

Previous experience in all phases of application software development/maintenance life cycles in an enterprise client/server and/or web-based environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Must be able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical parties.
Understanding of e-commerce sites and sales is a plus.
Experience with mobile site design is a plus.
Experience with Classic ASP, ColdFusion, ActionScript, and VBScript are all pluses. Especially experience with converting these platforms to .NET technologies.
Technical support of applications including some after hours (On-call).
