At 1-800 CONTACTS our Glasses Specialists work in the best inbound call center in Utah in support of the fast-growing Glasses.com business. They receive, investigate and respond to all inquiries regarding shipments, frames, and customer concerns. This positions main duty is to provide superior customer service while employing consultative sales techniques to recommend products that best suit the customer. Glasses Specialists input customer information and phone orders into a computer and answer inquiries via phone, email and chats.

The shifts available after training vary with some morning and afternoon/evening shifts. The schedule will be determined by the amount of hours that you work.

$12.00 per hour plus Bonus Pay based on Performance.

Shift Requirements:
It is required that all new hires attend the full 3 weeks of training. Training starts on March 25th, 2013 and is 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

The Glasses position may transition to other areas within 1-800 CONTACTS if glasses work does not support the ongoing nature of these roles.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

30 WPM minimum keyboarding required

Previous consultative sales experience in an optical store setting highly preferred

Outstanding customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, listening)

Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy/procedures manual and customer order forms

Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks

Previous online chat experience is highly preferred

Ability to adapt to evolving policies, procedures, and systems

Passion for frame styles and trends
