Program Manager

Responsible specifically for a Program Manager for Field Sourcing & Logistics for Marketing Programs. The scope of the effort will include program/release planning, vendor bidding and selection support and vendor management, design, build, and deployment activities to an Marketing Signage Ordering Tool, Procurement System item maintenance and Data analysis and spreadsheet devlopment for field office demand. This program will be an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual that can quick paced environment with tight timelines. A successful candidate will have strong data and anaytical skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.

1.Responsible for the development and implementation of assigned program(s) including coordinating the business change. Act as a single point of contact for assigned program(s).
2. Define and Document project timelines and deliverables as it relates to Marketing Sourcing Activities assigned
3. Complete all bid and award activities with approved vendors
4. Complete all demand forcasting activities as well as develop spreadsheet "order push files" for procurement system.
5. In coordination with Marketing and our Internal IT team, and external vendor, define requirements, build, test and rollout Marketing (Seasonal Merchandise) Order site.
6. Deliver programs on time and on budget with superior quality.
7. Provide regular status updates to leadership and team.
8.Monitor and mitigate project/ program risks.
9.Ensure completion of program deliverables. Ensure projects that are part of the program are delivered on time and on budget with superior quality.
10.Collaborate with cross functional teams, as well as vendors to accomplish project/program outcomes.
11.Manage the project budget, putting in place financial disciplines and ensuring their execution to meet or beat budget.
12.Manage vendor relationships and ensure their delivery, on time and on budget.
13.Responsible for the delivery of project components.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Management
7-10 years of business experience
5 years of project management experience.
Program management experience leading large programs that involve significant business change.
Experience leading large teams in a matrix management environment.
Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Experience developing and managing program budgets.
Knowledge of business case development including cost/benefit analysis, NPV, current and future state assessments.
Experience managing vendor agreements and tracking service levels.
Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, SOX, etc.) and governance issues.
Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills to communicate with and persuade a wide range of audiences.
Strong supervisory and matrix management skills and ability to oversee tasks delegated to others.

Experience in Big 4 consulting environment
Tax or financial background
