To meet the needs created by our strategic growth, we are looking for a Manager of our CAM Sales team. The CAM Sales Manager is primarily responsible to build and manage a team of CAM Sales Specialists by performing the following tasks bull Recruits, hires, and directs a team of CAM Sales Specialists.

Manages employee issues with management, Accounting, Employee Services, and other geographies bull Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion bull Leads and motivates sales staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management practices Sets clear achievable goals and puts necessary metrics and milestones in place to monitor and ensure progress bull Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Client Executives and Sales Specialists. Identifies and leverages key relationships with potential partners and alliances consistent with company objectives and evaluates new distribution models bull Assists with the recruiting, hiring, and managing of CAM Specialists and Advocates, as requested bull Maintains accounts and CAM sales in all areas where there is not a CAM Sales Specialist.

Masters and applies expert knowledge of information technology – specifically as it relates to CAM Solutions – and associated leading edge solutions and strategies related to the client’s business to attain business unit, countryarea or international objectives. Develops accordingly a long-term business relationship with the client’s IS and management and key decision-makers providing total solutions to the client business needs bull Other duties and projects as needed to support the team Basic Qualifications bull Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field bull At least five (5) years experience in sales and business development, including two (2) years in sales management bull Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Other Position Requirements bull Demonstrated ability to build and motivate a high performance CAM sales team bull Demonstrated ability to develop strategic business relationships resulting in optimized distribution and revenue generation bull Demonstrated skill in forecasting revenue for the company bull Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to prioritize workload under deadlines in a fast-paced environment bull Demonstrated communication and presentation skills bull Demonstrated organization, problem-solving, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications bull Experience working with a technology based company Essential Functions The position exists to provide technical consulting solutions to customers and as such requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and interact with customers on an ongoing and regular basis.
