The Admissions Office has an opening for a full time Information Technology Coordinator. This position will serve as a technical consultant to the Office of Admissions and K-12 Outreach in matters related to automated processing in ISIS and CRM . This would include serving as the office representative on the CU System ISIS groups where Admissions is concerned.

This position is responsible for coordinating, planning, implementing and evaluating all activities related to the Student Information System and CRM (customer relationship management system) where Admissions is concerned. This includes ensuring compliance with all approved policies and established procedures related to the processing and evaluation of 20,000 undergraduate applications each year. Provides report summaries and analysis of prospects, applicants, admits and enrollment. This position develops priorities of all aspects of the internal operations related to UIS that impact Admissions at CU Denver.

The work for this role will include, but not be limited to, external data loads to ISIS and CRM to include test scores and prospective data; Where applicable, this position will run program controls in ISIS to aid in the processing of applications;
This position will represent Admissions on the CU System ISIS committee and take a leadership role in the prioritization of development items at UIS and the testing of ISIS Admissions development updates and bundle package releases.

The starting salary for this position has been established as $45,000.

Posting Description
Job Responsibilities:
•External data loads to ISIS and CRM to include prospect data and test scores
•Run program controls in ISIS to aid in the processing of applications
•Test development items for application loads from UIS
•Test ISIS Admissions bundle package releases
•Represent CU Denver and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and K-12 Outreach on the CU System ISIS committee
•Take leadership role in establishing the prioritization of development items at UIS that impact Admissions at CU Denver
•Troubleshoot issues within ISIS that may be impacting student admissions records
Minimum Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least five (5) years of experience working with complex information systems and databases
Required Competencies/Knowledge, Skills and abilities
• Must be able to learn People Soft Campus Solutions
• Must demonstrate ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
• Must be proficient in information technology and data systems
• Must be able to work independently and in a team
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude towards the mission of CU Denver Undergraduate Admissions and K-12 Outreach, our students, and our colleagues
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with a wide variety of individuals
Desired Qualifications
• Previous experience working in higher education, preferably within the University of Colorado system
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with SIS , ISIS or similar student information system
