Provides administrative support to the Electronic Warfare program office. Support will be for continuity of day-to-day operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
: Responsible for creating all travel orders using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
: Responsible for making flight and rental car reservations for program manager, active duty military and civilian personnel for program office. Also prepares travel arrangement for other personnel related to the program area.
: Suspense Monitor. Track and assign incoming and outgoing suspense and ensure suspenses are met on time.
: Attend weekly staff meeting to run the computer, present schedules, rosters, etc, and record items for action.
: Format and finalize correspondence, briefings, and reports
: Responsible for TDY spreadsheet of all personnel and maintains an electronic history file of all past TDYs.
: Update and maintain meeting schedule in Microsoft Outlook.
: Responsible for updating and maintaining area telephone rosters.
: Maintain DoD employees' time cards into the Automated Time Attendance & Production System (ATAAPS)
: Schedule and maintain all military and civilian feedbacks.
: Establish and maintain office supply system.
: Maintain and update program office Outlook Address Book.
: Associate's Degree or additional years of relevant experience
: Has 12 or more years experience in administration support.
: Must be discrete and able to handle situations often time-sensitive or personnel sensitive.
: Must be organized and able to present oneself professionally and diplomatically over the telephone and in-person since often dealing with senior ranking government personnel.
: Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook for mail and calendar, as well as Access.
: Active clearance at the appropriate level is required
