Compressor Products International (CPI) designs, manufactures and markets precision-engineered sealing components for reciprocating compressors used in chemical plants, refineries and natural gas processing and transportation facilities.
Disassemble and clean components.
Able to operate heavy machinery limited to grinding and lapping with supervision.
Can perform some minor assembly with supervision.
Keep the shop area clean and organized.
Assist others as necessary.
Pack and ship components when required.
Works with supervision.
Must be available for overtime, call-ins, etc. as needed to meet customer requirements.

Language Skills
Must possess the ability to read, interpret system reports and/or documents, safety procedures, guidelines, operating, maintenance instructions, and operating procedure manuals. Must be able to write and communicate to management correspondence and articulate effectively.
Reasoning Ability:
Must possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; and an ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to follow routine procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Broad knowledge of the Company and the Compression manufacturing industry to include experience in manufacturing and reconditioning of compressor components.
