Manages all drawings and specifications on large scale programs.
Maintains flow of project files, submittals, receivables, master and superseded data.
Manages record and revision tracking for legal, auditable and historical purposes.
Controls distribution of all technical data.
Process and maintenance of Request for Information.
Ensures the accuracy, quality and integrity of company, customer and all other stakeholder documentation. Tracks outstanding items due to.
Adheres to processes to increase productivity, enforce contractual, legal and ISO rules and regulations. Some lifting may be required (up to 10 pounds).
Must be highly motivated, customer focused, able to prioritize, detailed, capable of multitasking, able to follow through on all tasks to completion and have excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills.
A multi-million dollar 18 subproject program
Global program (at least 5 separate countries working together)
4-6 subcontractors or vendors
Incumbent will manage records on 2-3 projects at one time. (Need a sharp individual)
Deadline oriented. Those deadlines have costs associated to it. One missed or late submittal to the customer impacts the project negatively.
Most projects have liquidated damages (this means customer can fine Honeywell for late deliverables)

Previous experience in an engineering industry in document control or records management
Thorough in ensuring complete lifecycle of records are met. (This means if we send drawings to the customer for approval we need to be sure they come back approved, marked up or rejected).
Must have someone who has previous experience dealing with drawings, specifications, revision tracking or legal impact records have on projects.
Must be absolutely detailed and quick.
Can say NO. It is our responsibility that if a drawing/specification is incorrect incumbent must be able to reject back to engineer or customer for corrections.
Previous experience with computer systems such as SharePoint and FTPs (we use at least 4 FTPs on this program).
Training will be quick so experience is a must.
Incumbents will communicate with customer, vendors and project team daily all day.
Program has some overtime.
