Incumbent will initiate collection calls to major accounts and will research and resolve past due issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers. Knowledge of managing the dispute process and negotiating payments on delinquent accounts is necessary. Experience with business-to-business collections is a must.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s degree preferred.
3-5 years Account Receivable or Credit experience required.
