Work Environment:

IMPACT Solutions is based in Beachwood, Ohio. As an account manager for IMPACT Solutions, you are the key liaison between our client organizations and the EAP and Work Life services that we provide. Account managers report directly to the Director of Client Services and have a caseload ranging from small to large private and public organizations including school systems, manufacturing, service industries, hospitals and colleges/universities. Account managers operate as part of a team of executive management, other account managers, triage counselors, provider relations and office staff to provide and improve EAP services to our clients. The right candidate must thrive in a small office environment, work independently, take initiative and be a strong team contributor. Some travel within Ohio is required.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Account managers provide services for client organizations including but not limited to consultation, education/training and case management. They interact with client contacts (typically HR) to offer recommendations/solutions to various organizational problems or issues. Account managers excel at developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with client contacts and internal colleagues. Successful candidates must possess strong clinical, logical and critical thinking, communication and relationship skills in addition to being able to easily adjust to constantly changing demands.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Account Management – Promote and facilitate EAP awareness and utilization including participation in benefit/health fairs, committee meetings, etc., manage CISD and onsite services, hold regular meetings with client contact to identify and meet service expectations, monitor utilization and identify trends.

Administrative Responsibilities – Documentation of all services/consultations in data management system (EAPx), order promotional materials, generate quarterly/semiannual utilization reports, send monthly promotional outreach to client organizations.

Consultation with Account Representatives – Advising and problem solving on employee issues and organizational issues.

Education and Training - Facilitate new employee orientation, general EAP presentations and schedule, recommend and perform training/wellness sessions as requested.

Counseling and Case Management - Management referrals including formal management, last chance agreement and fitness for duty

General – On-call rotation, office support and backup, participate in special projects and organizational initiatives

Education/Skills/Experience

Required: Masters degree in social work, counseling or a related professional field; Must have Ohio counselor, social worker or comparable license/certification ; strong organizational and excellent customer service skills, experience with Windows Office applications; must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis; experience in handling confidential information.

Desired : EAP experience. CEAP certified.
