PT-TIME - 25 hrs weekly 9-2 or 10-3 Mon to Fri
Responsible for overall accounting and various office functions. Will work closely with President/Office Manager.
Primarily responsible for all general ledger accounting to include: GL, accounts payable, accounts receivable and preparing regular financial reports. Serves as liaison with outside accounting firm regarding annual reports/tax returns. Must be proficient with current accounting practices as they apply to a small business.
Assist in preparation of budgets, attend office meetings/maintain files, answer phones, maintain computer backup.
Serve as liaison with various service providers including phones/insurance.

Hrly rate up to $16 commensurate with experience
Must have QuickBooks, MS Word, MS Excel proficiency
Prior bookkeeping / office support skills required
Ability to work cooperatively with office staff
Strong communication skills/customer service support
