Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
This position is being recruited for at the Advanced Competency Level under the Career Banding Program. The hiring range for this position is $38,043 - $41,000, and the salary grade equivalent is 63.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this position is to carry out the daily work of the Records Unit while ensuring compliance with rules, procedures, policies, and deadlines in the performance of specific records activities and special projects as assigned. Duties include but are not limited to: processing post-semester withdrawals, cancellations, registration/drop/add and grade changes; posting departmental placement credit; processing student bio-demo updates such as name changes, social seccurity number updates, and address changes. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Requires proven analytical skills with policy interpretation. Excellent customer service, grammatical and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational/data entry skills and attentional to detail. The selected candidate must be multi-task oriented and have strong computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer 2-3 years of higher education experience in student records. Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Student Records is preferred.
