Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Store Ops)

Department: Store Operations

Reports To: Vice President, Store Operations

Supervises: n/a

General Summary:

Under general direction, supports all efforts and administrative duties for SVP, Store Operations; VP, Store Operations; and VP, Store Services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· 
Under direct supervision, provides overall administrative and staff support. Prepares presentations, schedules meetings, prepares documents, and generates reports.

Under direct supervision, administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to Store Operations to include field leadership meetings. (Examples include contest prize coordination, Literacy Foundation Golf Classic Pro Shop coordination, field Chairman’s Circle awards.)

Coordinates schedules, reservations, and materials for SVP trips and reports.
·
Monitors monthly expenses and tracking of department budgets. Processes invoices. Coordinates truck insurance renewals for Store Services vehicles.

May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, people, facilities, and operations.

May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, reports regarding operations, people changes, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·
Ability to use Microsoft spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications
·
Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with various departments throughout the organization
·
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
·
Ability to handle confidential matters appropriately
Work Experience &/or Education:
·
High school diploma required.
·

One to two years of secretarial experience preferred.
·

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, with bonus potential.
