Seeking an assistant to Catering Sales Managers and Catering Department. Responsibilities include typing all correspondence, including contracts, event orders and letters, answering all telephone calls and emails, inputting inquiries to Delphi, distributing event orders, processing deposits and payments, and assisting with other organizational responsibilities. Must type at least 60 words per minute and have knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Skills will be tested during the interview process.
