The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative duties for the CIM Automation and Controls team.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Document control; update, track and complete required project documentation
-Data entry, maintains logs, organize files, print documents, compile reports
-Requires working in a fast-paced environment and occasionally working long hours
-Position may require sitting at computer screen for extended periods of time
-Work well with others to complete project assignments
-1-2 yrs administrative experience with a high school diploma
-Experience performing multiple tasks and/or work on multiple projects simultaneously for timely completion.
-Proven ability to carry out detailed written and oral directions and/or instructions.
-Possess excellent oral and written communication skills - communicate clearly and concisely to exchange information, explain procedures, techniques and answer questions in a clear logical manner.
-Possess strong organization and problem solving skills.
-Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships working toward common goals and successfully completing project assignments
-Able to prioritize effectively and manage one's own time in order to meet deadlines.
-Flexible in adapting to changes in priorities, work assignments and other interruptions that may impact pre-established courses of action for completing or progressing with projects and assignments.
-Effectively operate computer software, including MS Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using Microsoft Project. MS SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
