Job Responsibilities: Provides varied administrative and office support. May screen, take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, set up and maintain files, provide employees with office supplies, prepare and sort mail, and perform typing assignments. May proofread, research and compile special reports. Assists in the preparation of reports, graphs and presentations using spreadsheet and graphic software. May act as an information source on organization policies. Uses automated office equipment such as a computer to compose and type letters, reports and other materials. May be assigned in various functional areas of the organization and coordinate special projects and program activities.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years related experience is required.

Experience: Previous Administrative Assistant duties.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft office. Excellent proofreading skills.
