Apply knowledge of DoD and AF Program/Project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities and analysis and performing professional or technical work related to program management. Plans, organizes, completes, and presents assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures. Evaluates implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws, and recommends improvements. Some travel is required to other government and defense industry locations.
Must have met General Education Development (GED) requirements. Certification as a Program Management Professional from PMI or Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Level III in Program Management is desired.
Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, or 8 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in a relevant area is required. Recent experience at Wright-Patterson AFB in system program offices, research laboratory or headquarters is desired.
