Provide exceptional technical support for AppleCare's At-home Advisor population.Troubleshoot simple to complex network, telecom and tools issues, adapting to a variety of user knowledge levels through a positive, analytical, and informative approach.Responsible for communicating and escalating emerging issues or issues affecting large numbers of Advisors.Responsible for working ticket escalations to resolution from advisors experiencing technical issues. The AppleCare Operations At-Home Advisor Support Analyst is the primary point of contact for AppleCare's At-home Advisors experiencing technical issues preventing them from servicing Apple customers. Central to success in this role is the ability to effectively diagnose and resolve in realtime a variety of system, network and telephony issues to minimize advisor downtime.
