Under general supervision and/or own initiative develops the Military Analyst will participate in the planning and execution of simulation driven U.S. and partner nation military exercises in support of U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) by providing cultural subject matter expertise, linguistic assistance and translation support.Coordinates with sengineeringm SME, and customers to identify program needs, obtains technical data and schedules programs. Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.

Possess knowledge of partner nation military capability and provide cultural advice to U.S. Military planners in support exercise planning conferences and supporting exercise documents. Must be capable of proving written and verbal Arabic and English translation of military plans and operations for U.S. military personnel conducting negotiations in support of the U.S. Central Command’s Theater Security Cooperation Program. Must be capable of teaching Arabic language and culture to military personnel and provide support as a military analysis for Middle East political and social trends. Prior U.S. military experience is desired with a minimum educational level of an Associate’s degree and 14 years of general experience. Current Secret security clearance is required. Travel within the United States and overseas in support of the U.S. Central Command exercise program will be required.
