1st and 2nd SHIFT
You will be responsible for monitoring systems, executing daily operation jobs, setting up user accounts and administering security on system/applications. Support and mentor help desk employees and maintain responsibility for operations documentation and partnering with Systems Analysts to develop new processes and procedures.
Monitor all production systems for outage and general system health.
Maintain the documentation of all existing and new Operations processes and procedures.
Create and/or maintain support documentation for all CHEC Help Desk issues involving the troubleshooting of the TMO/LSAMS and SMT applications.
Resolve Help Desk ticket assignment issues.
Provide coverage to other shifts when needed.
Provide Support for New Hire Setup
LSAMS/TMO Security Setup
3+ years AS/400 operations experience.
Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, LSAMS, TMO, NT, Windows and MS office
In-depth knowledge of executing operation procedures for LSAMS and TMO
Excellent troubleshooting skills with AS/400 print Qs/user profiles
