Title: AS/400 iSeries Technical Lead

Location: Raleigh, NC

Description:
Responsible for Managing Teams and have hands on experience doing the following

  • System Administration
  • System health checks and alerts
  • Message monitoring and Batch monitoring
  • Hardware alerts
  • Device status checks
  • Password reset
  • Monitor system activity, Managing jobs and threads & Managing job queues
  • Authority to access objects & Data
  • Verify the volumes for the backup
  • Run a test backup
  • Verify the Backup logs
  • Tape movements to Off-site
  • Co-ordination with onsite for any backup/restore tickets
  • Basic knowledge on MIMIX
