Job Summary/Basic Function:
Two courses per semester; service to program; research/scholarly agenda.
Applicants must have Ph.D. (by 5/31/13) in Women’s or Gender Studies; Cultural, Ethnic, or Media Studies; Sociology, Political Science, History, Anthropology, Geography or a related field, sufficient to teach feminist theory and feminist research methods at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Expertise in transnational feminism, narrative theory or Asian Studies desirable. Women’s Studies graduate certificate or advanced degree is a plus.
