Key Responsibilities and Major Duties

- Will manager one direct report
- Coordinates across Digital Delivery Specialists to maintain alignment and consistency of digital capability execution
- Analyzes and optimizes resource allocation and alignment of Digital Delivery Specialists
- Collaborates with MCM Partners to identify opportunities to improve execution
- Collaborate with Brands to manage TRAX process and agency / vendor support for campaigns / tactics
- Coordinates with the Direct to Customer Hub team to align on schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborates with Customer and Capability Strategy and Capability Development / Solution Development team and BIT to advise on new capability design and build
- Develops standard frameworks, standards, and guidelines for digital tactics (e.g., style guide for emails)
- Provides Decision Analytics with execution data and metrics
- Collaborates with Competency/ Knowledge Management Lead to enable digital execution best-practice sharing
- Collaborates with agency to develop campaign briefs, creative, and other campaign / tactic materials
- Drives and manages the execution of the following digital capabilities, campaigns, tactics, and programs:

- Remote engagement

- Digital reprint carriers

- Email

- Digital in-office programs

- Websites

- Banner ads

- Mobile apps

- SMS text

- Closed loop promotion / Interactive visual aid


- 3rd party sponsorships

- Search engine optimization

- Social media execution


4 year bachelor’s degree required

Candidate should possess 7+ years of experience in digital marketing / channel operations; Diabetes experience preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing / channel operations (e.g., websites, interactive / mobile content, remote engagement, etc.) that drive business performance and are well integrated with other channels; TA/Brand experience preferred
- Proven track record of collaborating across multiple teams to prioritize varying business objectives and drive action to meet business requirements
- Experience with digital capability development (including process/style standardization), pilots, implementation, and integration
- Excellent planning, prioritization, management, and organizational skills
- Experience selecting / directing agencies and vendors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven coaching and competency development skills
- Proficiency at demonstrating the Core BMS Behaviors
