The Network Process & Quality Manager for Emerging Devices - will support Field Operations on testing Applications & Tools, in a role within the Digital Life Organization. This role works closely with the Digital Life Operations teams and Labs to drive toward an effortless customer experience when interacting with a Digital Life Care representative. Overall Purpose: Facilitates moderately complex tech network support programs/initiatives for network data standards and integrity, quality management, process design, methods/procedures and network standards as well as providing training/coaching for implementation of network initiatives. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Ensures network process capability, control and improvement by implementing procedures and interpreting network standards. Provides consultation on the use of reengineering techniques to improve network process performance and product quality. Works with outside vendors to identify/schedule programs and support materials. Collects data to identify root cause of network problems. Facilitates the identification, analysis, development and documentation of network process improvements, network operational performance metrics, process control and results mgmt. Develops data metrics for network process measurement, identifying indicators for future network improvement opportunities and measures network performance against process requirements. Responsible for analyzing, tracking and publishing network performance and process/quality indicators and results by constructing reports illustrative of the process trends and network performance. Defines network process flows, business rules and user requirements. Writes/rewrites/edits documents such as tech manuals for network procedures, users, programming, service, operational specs and related technical network publications to communicate clearly and effectively tech specs and instructions to a wide range of audiences. Identifies network process improvement training needs. Job Contribution: Developing technical professional with some experience. Completes moderately complex work within discipline/specialty area.
