AT&T’s Marketing Science and Insights department is looking for an innovative and experienced professional to join our market modeling team.

The mission of the Marketing Science and Insights department is to develop and implement a systematic approach to managing marketing impact on sales, profitability and brand equity. The Senior Manager manages initiatives targeted at marketing and advertising investment and impact, specifically in the areas of cell phone price modeling and market mix optimization.

The Senior Manager will work as a member of our team to develop, maintain, and refine market mix models, market analysis, and supporting data for AT&T’s Mobility business. Insights from cell phone pricing models and market mix models will drive strategies and tactics for pricing, product mix, media and advertising. Implementation of these insights results in higher sales, lower churn and optimized deployment of AT&T’s advertising messages, mass media and direct marketing.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Develop marketing ROI programs, measurement, and framework

Manage and work with analytical and data teams

Develop and maintain market mix models, cell phone price/volume/mix models and other marketing ROI analytics

Share insights with marketing executives and craft related action plans with internal stakeholders

Position is located in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and have experience using multivariate models and econometric techniques to produce insights. Proficiency using SAS is a must. Strong statistics skills, multivariate/econometric modeling experience and Excel spreadsheet acumen are required. Financial analysis and database experience are a plus.

A Bachelors’ degree is preferred (advanced degree strongly preferred), along with 5+ years’ relevant work experience.

Candidates must be able to manage complex, time-constrained projects. He/she will have strong written and verbal communication skills and is a team player who can negotiate with and influence a wide range of business constituencies.
