Working as a Student Intern, you will be:
MBA specialist, being capable of performing a number of force-leveraging and force multiplying studies. These studies will include application of queue discipline, steady-state operations, distribution of arrivals, economic analysis of workflow waiting lines, and goal setting economics of our eCRM workflow analytics data. In order to accomplish these tasks, the candidate will learn extensively about applied quantitative methods, workflow optimization, organizational design, and application of IBM research relative to business artifact driven workflow design (Hull, 2011). Overall analysis will enable GCS to apply these studies to significantly improve work output per economic unit.
Must be in the process of pursuing a 4-year degree
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access
An in depth understanding of Operations Management (TQM, JIT, Reengineering, other)
Proficiency in Statistical Analysis
Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to clear a criminal background check, driver's license check and drug test
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:
