On Site Assistance for Line Station Mechanics and Maintenance Controllers in daily aircraft troubleshooting and return to service of ATR and C-208 Aircraft. Coordinates and advises flight department and maintenance control personnel in aircraft systems. Performs research to ensure proficiency and maintain current knowledge of aircraft systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
Demonstrate and Instruct Line Station Mechanics and Maintenance Controllers in regards to aircraft troubleshooting and return to service.
Stays current in all maintenance manuals and company manuals and procedures pertaining to ATR and C-208 Aircraft
Evaluate current procedures; make recommendations for improvements
Ability to perform and train maintenance procedures as required
Coordinate and work with Flight/Operations Departments to enhance aircraft reliability
Provides on-site troubleshooting and technical support in the field as needed
Maintain aircraft in accordance with legality, safety and reliability standards.
Other duties, as assigned.
Education and Experience:
FAA A&P License required.
ATR/ C-208 Experience Preferred
Previous experience with MAC inspection and maintenance procedures, technical documents and aircraft systems preferred.
Knowledgable in 121 and 135 regulations and how they pertain to daily operations
Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Must have a valid driver license and passport

Professionally skilled in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics and the ability to instruct other maintenance personnel.
Professionally skilled in the use of technical publications.
Expert Troubleshooting ability on any aircraft system.
Exceptional ability to understand and interpret operational data and evaluate facilities, equipment and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret FAA regulations and inspection instructions.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to travel consistently to perform troubleshooting and training where needed and when needed.
