Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to the banks top-tier client portfolio. Independently research, analyze and resolve a broad range of complex customer issues involving services and products that support various market segments. Provide a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, or in person. Analyze data and make recommendation as to exposure and possible risk to the bank on new accounts, wire transfers, overdraft conditions, and uncollected funds usage. Requires strong critical thinking ability as work is performed without substantial direction.
In conjunction with the Banks legal department, review documents submitted by lenders, attorneys and our clients to execute a control agreement with the Bank. Apply proper restrictions to the control account as stipulated by the agreement.

Qualifications:

5+ years banking and regulatory experience with capability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment (Experience in Commercial Banking and/or Treasury Management Services preferred)
5+ years experience in a position that required customer service and leadership skills (Relationship Management experience preferred)
5+ years experience in a position that required customer service and leadership skills
5+ years experience in a position that required research and follow-up skills
High School Diploma or GED
Flexible to work various shifts to meet the needs of the business. Possible travel is required.
Microsoft applications experience (Word, Excel, Power point)
knowledge of the Banks Risk policies and procedures
