The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky seeks a Scheduler and Data Analyst. The primary responsibilities of this position include course and classroom scheduling, conducting data analysis and producing associated reports. Duties include department audit and input of course schedules; assessment and projection of enrollment numbers; and analysis of trends to support course scheduling, recruitment and retention.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Excellent technical knowledge of SAP, event planning software, and student management software such as Hobsons Connect and Hobsons Retain. Attention to detail, external/internal/technical communication, situational evaluation and analysis; knowledge of statistical analysis tools and methods; interpersonal skills, specifically ability to relate with students.

Preferred Education / Experience
BA plus 3 years related experience in Higher Education a plus. Expert knowledge of database management; previous experience in course scheduling, student management software, and student recruitment and/or retention activities highly desired.
