NCI : As an Access Monitor/Security Clerk on the ATAMIR/WSMR contract at White Sands Missile Range Base, your prior experience will help to verify identification of individuals entering the secured facilities.

Highlights of Responsibilities
  • Serve at a fixed post, make rounds by foot or by motor vehicle.
  • Grant or deny access to individuals.
  • Verify identification of individuals requesting entrance into the facility.
  • Record names of individuals requesting entry, whom they represent, and purpose of visit.
  • Control vehicle access and verify authorization of vehicles entering/leaving.
  • Maintain an Access Control Roster of all personnel and vehicles entering/leaving.
  • Monitor activities in specific areas, drive to and from up range locations also receive and carry classified data.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security clearance.
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Must be dependable, responsible and over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work long hours and odd shifts in outdoor conditions.

STOCK & WEALTH - NCI’s 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan is eligible to all full-time and regular part-time employees. Employees may elect to have contributions invested in any of the 15 different investment funds, five retirement-date-based funds, or three different portfolio options available under the plan. The company matching contribution is equal to 50% of employee elected pre-tax contributions up to 6% of eligible pay, subject to the IRS maximum.

LIFE INSURANCE - NCI provides company paid Basic Life/ AD&D Insurance Coverage. The basic coverage benefit is equal to one times (1X) an employee's annual base salary. Employees may also opt for a generous flat rate insurance coverage. For coverage above the company-provided limits, employees may purchase supplemental insurance coverage for themselves and their family members.
