What we need:
Coordinators are the lifeline of our account management teams. They work with all levels of management, both the external client and internal teams, as well as our vendors, to assist the account management team in completion of projects and meeting deadlines.

Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously under direction of account manager(s).

Schedule and track multiple jobs.

Support account management needs related to the execution of financial reporting, billing and invoicing, forecast preparation and management.

Internal meeting coordination and scheduling

Keep and distribute meeting minutes

Maintain and document status of active projects; contribute to daily Hot Sheets and Weekly Status Reports

Manage creative internally: routing changes through the system

Provide administrative support to the client service team, and other team members, as needed.


Proactively evaluating, recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal tools and processes.

Required Skills

BA/BS degree, 4-year program, or equivalent agency experience

Experience in direct mail required, with some exposure to programs with an email and landing page component

Experience managing schedules, estimates and billing

Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Ability to communicate effectively, especially when facing deadline pressures.

Must be detail obsessed.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

1-2 years of direct marketing agency experience
