Responsibilities:
The Account Director/Vice President will manage 2-4 health plan clients, acting as the “General Manager” of assigned accounts. All positions will be based in our Southborough, MA headquarters.

Provide leadership and guidance to matrixed implementation and production teams based on deep relationships with customer health plans' senior leadership and their own health plan industry expertise
Offer thought leadership internally and to clients by integrating a deep, creative understanding of ikaSystems' products, an understanding of customers' strategy and operations, and a thorough knowledge of the health care industry
Expand product deployment within each customer using consultative approach
Accountable for revenue and margins against budget, SLAs met, customer growth, satisfaction and retention, and input to product and internal business development

Qualifications:
10 years experience in Healthcare, including 5 years in a Health Plan or serving Health Plans
Account management experience
Track record of managing relationships within health plans at the Director level, as well as SVP/C levels
Comfort and effectiveness in managing relationships with technical colleagues in a matrixed environment
Proven product and technical facility
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Demonstrated ability and willingness to “get things done”
60%+ Travel
