•Responsible for growing shares of core/existing agency business through utilizing NBC10’s multi-platform opportunities.
•Identify, target, develop and secure new business and revenue streams for NBC10 through a variety of platforms including on-air, on-line and mobile.
•Create customized solutions for clients that will demonstrate the power of NBC10 with the ultimate goal of shifting advertising budgets to NBC10.
•Coordinate and manage these multi-level campaigns. Execute elements, monitor performance and insure customer satisfaction.
•Create and manage new a customer base, looking beyond the traditional media customer.
•Carry out sales strategies and action plans for identified targets of opportunity.
•Meet with Local Sales Manager on a weekly basis to review client lists and to set win strategies and action assignments.
•Prepare and present sales presentations.
•Maintain a current knowledge of ratings, programs and competitive conditions in the Philadelphia Market.
•Prepare weekly and quarterly projections, competitive information and relevant reports as necessary.
•Minimum of 3 years experience in media sales including prospecting new clients and negotiating business.
•Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Must be willing to work in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
•Must be 18 years or greater.
•Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
