Break Media is looking for a rainmaker Account Executive based in Dallas, TX, reporting into the VP of Northwest Sales. The ideal candidate for this position is an independent, self-motivated sales professional who can confidently represent the brand in the Texas, Florida, and Colorado markets. The Account Executive will work remotely from home and will need to travel throughout Texas, Florida, and Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with the full spectrum of influencers and decision makers
  • Servicing and building on an existing advertising base of clients and agencies
  • Engaging in a consultative selling to understand and capitalize on client needs
  • Building creative and unique solutions for clients
  • Generating sales revenues from candidate’s own list of leads/prior accounts
  • Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts

  • 3+ years of consumer digital sales experience
  • Strong working relationships and contacts at top accounts/agencies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets
  • Experience with both agency and client-direct sales
  • Results-driven orientation
  • Ability to structure and close a sale and sell on the value of a brand
  • Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop creative advertising programs
  • Independent self-starter who comes equipped with target contacts and can get up and running with minimal top-down guidance
  • High degree of integrity and business ethics
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimal Travel required
