Founded in 2001, NetSPI is an information security consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We're seeking a Sales Executive to sell penetration testing services. Ideally, candidates will be located in or near New York City. Will also consider individuals living elsewhere who have sold info security services in that market.
The Sales Executive is the primary sales contact and relationship manager for prospects and clients. The Sales Executive must be able to work with prospects, clients and NetSPI consultants to develop solutions that meet their needs. The incumbent must be able to function effectively working with multi-disciplined project teams focusing on IT security assessment and advisory services. As a sales executive, he or she should have enough knowledge to advise prospects and clients about NetSPI’s service offerings, methodology, and value proposition. This position requires a strong sales oriented understanding of information security assessment, security related audit and general security program development. The incumbent must be highly competent with regards to services sales with excellent written and verbal communication skills. He or she should adhere to high standards of ethics and integrity and display professionalism. Excellent and quick follow up skills are required.

Primary Duties:
Develop new accounts through existing relationships, personal lead generation, and company generated leads in NetSPI’s identified target areas: financial services, healthcare, technology, & retail
Drive sales of information security assessment, audit, and advisory solutions with clients, prospects, and NetSPI consultants and related proposals Manage accounts as an account manager after projects are sold
Follow the NetSPI sales process
Generate significant sales activity through 8-10 meetings per week

Additional Duties:
Attend industry related events – monthly (ISSA, OWASP, ISACA) and annually (PCI, RSA etc.)
Track activity in NetSPI’s CRM / PSA software tool
Develop, customize, and present NetSPI information for sales efforts
Perform miscellaneous and ad hoc administration duties
Perform other duties as necessary or assigned
Minimal travel

Core Competencies & Requirements:
***Must have a minimum of 2 years experience selling penetration testing services to companies to be considered
Bachelors or Master's degree preferred
