Founded in 2001, NetSPI is a fast-growing information security consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. NetSPI is seeking a Sales Executive to sell information security penetration testing services. Ideally, candidates will be located in, or close to, one of the following locations: New York City, Washington D.C., Arizona, California, Texas or Seattle. Will also consider candidates with this type of sales experience in other markets not listed.
The Sales Executive is the primary sales contact and relationship manager for prospects and clients. This position requires a strong sales oriented understanding of information security assessment, security related audit, and general security program development. The incumbent must be highly competent with services, sales, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. He or she should adhere to high ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism. Excellent and quick follow up skills are required.
Develop new accounts through existing relationships, personal lead generation, and company generated leads in NetSPI’s identified target areas: financial services, healthcare, technology & retail
Drive sales of information security assessment, audit, and advisory solutions with clients, prospects, and NetSPI consultants and related proposals Manage accounts as an account manager after projects are sold
Follow the NetSPI sales process
Generate significant sales activity through 8-10 meetings per week
Attend industry related events – monthly (ISSA, OWASP, ISACA) and annually (PCI, RSA, etc.).
Track activity in NetSPI’s CRM / PSA software tool
Develop, customize, and present NetSPI information for sales efforts
Perform miscellaneous and ad hoc administration duties
Perform other duties as necessary or assigned
Core Competencies & Requirements:
8 years or more experience selling information security penetration testing services for system vulnerabilities and/or application security
Bachelors or Master's degree preferred but not required
