You are a seasoned sales professional who has worked in a commissioned sales role for several years. You have a great phone voice, friendly personality, are a smart and a hard worker, tech savvy and are well versed in a consultative yet deliberate sales process. You know how to ask for the order. You are a strong performer with a proven track record and thrive in a fun, competitive, yet team oriented environment. You will sell local marketing programs to our built in registered base of over 200,000 home improvement professionals across the U.S and Canada (think General Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Contractors, etc.) Virtually all of your leads are provided to you along with contact information and account history. These are warm calls. Our Irvine Sales office is a professional, modern, comfortable environment with a well-stocked kitchen to keep you fueled, and plenty of areas to just hang out because we know you need that to recharge your batteries. We offer a ground floor opportunity as part of a fast growing sales organization and technology company. We are already looking within this team for our future key leaders as we expand. Compensation for the sales account executive is a mixture of base salary and commission with earnings of $100,000 at objective. We also provide an excellent benefits package including 401K. Internet related experience and understanding Sales of intangibles, i.e. advertising, financial services, Verifiable track record of success Impeccable verbal and written communication skills Excellent references from mangers to whom you have reported Familiarity with CRM tools (example: Salesforce.com) Start-up experience a plus Comfortable selling over the phone with use of onscreen presentation Bachelor’s degree
